Paragon Geophysical Services, Inc. of Wichita, Kansas is owned and operated by John H. Beury III with 31 years experience in the seismic industry. Paragon started in 1985 as a seismic Field Consulting and Management Company. In January 1993 Paragon incorporated, acquired its own seismic recording equipment and assembled a crew with highly experienced key personnel. In 1999 we upgraded to the I/O System Two. Paragon currently has nine new (2004 - 2008 model) high frequency I/O AHV-IV all terrain Buggy Vibrators. We continuously invests in new technology. From 2005 to 2008, Paragon purchased three ION Scorpion Systems. The ION Scorpion is the most advanced cable based seismic recording system available, and is the first all digital recording system, featuring the flexibility of using Three Component Digital Sensors or analog geophones. Paragon considers itself one of the most quality orientated and economical seismic crews in the industry.
